GENERAL
- I reserve the right to cancel or decline an order at any time if I am not comfortable with it or consider it to be outside of my skillset.
- Final result will sometimes be delivered through a Google Drive link. Make sure to download the files since I periodically clean up my Drive to free up space. Files may be deleted within 3 months after delivery.
- Complex designs will not cost an extra fee but they might be simplified in order to fit the style. If unsure of what would count as a complex design, feel free to reach out and ask!
- When placing an order, if no information about pose or expression is provided, I will interpret it as the client giving me full creative freedom and the commission will be drawn based on the references provided.
- I reserve the right to use all finished products for my portfolio or social media. For this, a watermarked version will be made. If you want your commission to be private, please let me know. A small privacy fee may apply.
- You can check my waitlist, current queue and status of your commission on my Trello board.IMPORTANT

PAYMENT
AND COMMUNICATION
- I only accept payment through PayPal or Ko-fi (USD) and Mercado Pago/Ualá/transferencia (ARS).
- Prices in USD will include the international fee in the final price (5,4%+$0.30)
- Payment is 100% upfront unless we have previously discussed otherwise. 50/50 payment (half before sketch and half after sketch) is also available. If you have any difficulties regarding payment please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to work through it with you.
- Refunds are only available until I start working on your commission. If I myself cancel the order or haven't been able to finish it within the deadline given, a full refund will be made.
- International fees may be applied to the final price.
- You can choose your preferred communication method through the request form. Otherwise, communication will be done mainly via the VGen chat feature.
- If you have placed an order and it is not paid within the next 10 days, I will cancel the request. (If you are unable to pay within this period for any reason and don’t wish to cancel, please try to discuss it with me beforehand so I make sure to place your order On Hold instead. I will really appreciate the heads up!)
- If you have an ongoing commission (with open communication) and suddenly stop replying to messages for more than 5 days (without prior notice), your order will be put On Hold and I'll start working on someone else's.

PROCESS
- Commissions will take from a week to a couple of months depending on complexity and workload.
- When sending the scope for your commission, the deadline date provided will be an approximation based on previous works and current workload as high queues may delay delivery time.
- I will work on commissions based on the order of request. I work from Mondays to Fridays.
- If you need the piece for a specific deadline, let me know so it will be prioritized. Deadlines must be discussed before the commission is begun and cannot be changed to an earlier date once set. A rush fee may apply depending on how tight your deadline is.
- If you do not hear from me for more than 14 days, feel free to contact me to ask for updates. Please do not rush me unless we've discussed a rush fee prior to approving the commission.
REVISIONS AND USE
- Unless the service is explicitly marked as Surprise Me or Skeb, I will consistently send updates after each stage is done (Sketch, lineart or base colors, and final details).
- During the sketch phase, any amount of revisions can be made. Clients can still request revisions after the initial sketch has been approved, if small. Major revisions like changes to composition or poses will require a fee.
- After the Final Delivery is finished, the client can still request revisions if small (Color correction and minor details I might've missed). Major revisions will not be allowed.
Commissions are for personal use only and can be reposted and used freely by the client with corresponding credit. This includes and is not limited to profile pictures, social media posts, banners, personal printing, stickers and keychains for personal use, discord emotes, etc.
- Use for monetized content such as streaming will incur a 50% fee.
- Commercial use (merchandise, physical goods, digital goods, prints, etc.) must be discussed with me prior to starting the commission.
- Usage of my artwork for NFTs, AI learning or creation of hateful imagery is forbidden. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me and other artists will be alerted through social media.
