🍵 Terms of Service
PAYMENT- I take PayPal or Ko-fi (USD) and Mercado Pago (ARS)
- Payment is done within 3 days after the base sketch is approved by the client. I will not continue the commission until payment is received.
- Refunds are only available until the lineart stage is done. If I myself cancel the commission or haven't been able to finish it within the deadline given for personal reasons, a full refund will be made.
- Prices in USD will include the international fee in the final price (4,99%+$0.49)
- Commercial use fee: worth 50% of the commission price if used as a way to promote any type of social media, 100% of the price if used as 2D Model and 200% if used for merchandising.
TERMS- I reserve the right to use all commissioned artworks for personal/portfolio use. For this, a watermarked version of the artwork will be made.
- Commissions are for personal use and can be reposted by the client with credit.
- I reserve the right to decline an order if I'm not comfortable with it or if I consider it to be outside of my skillset.
- I'll post the commissioned illustration on my social media unless the client ask for privacy in advance.
- All revisons must be made during the sketch phase. Small alterations can be requested past the lineart stage, but major ones might require a fee. I will work hard so this won't be necessary and the customer is satisfied!
- If for whatever reason I am unable to work for a while and need to take a considerable amount of time off from working on your commission, I will let you know. If I do not hear back from you in 72 hours, your commission will be put on hold and I will begin to work on someone else's piece. I will resume your piece once the commission I am working on is completed.
- I will send updates after each stage is done (Lineart, base colors, etc). If you need it for a specific deadline, let me know so it will be prioritized. Deadlines must be discussed before the commission is begun and cannot be changed to an earlier date once set, and they will cost a rush fee.
